Compact and easily accessible South East Wales is only 2 hours from London.  Situated on the western side of Britain, the region has excellent transport links include an International airport, rail and ferry links.

Car
Southern Wales enjoys exceptional road links via the M4 (from London and South East England) and the M50/M5 (from the Midlands and North) ensuring that much of Britain, including gateway airports and ferry terminals, are within a 3-hour drive. Direct coach services operate between Cardiff, Newport, Bridgend and London Heathrow and Gatwick airports, as well as major population centres.

Train
Like the roads, Southern Wales is well served by rail.  There are mainline stations at Newport, Cardiff and Bridgend, whilst the excellent local network means that most of our towns are accessible by train.

Plane
Southern Wales is home to Cardiff International Airport.  The airport receives scheduled flights from 10 different countries including Ireland and Scotland.

Slightly further afield are the airports of Bristol, Brimingham and Exeter while only around 2 hours away from the region is London Heathrow airport with arrivals from all over the world.

Ferry
Wales has a number of seaports with direct ferry services to Ireland while the ports of southern England which operate services from the rest of Europe are only around 3 hours away.
